***ORDER CANCELLATIONS***
All order cancellations are processed during regular business hours only. Any order cancellation requests made outside of business hours will be processed during the next business day.
Any cancelled orders including orders that have not shipped will be subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee to offset order processing fees that are not refunded to BMP Tuning. Additionally, if your order has already shipped, you may incur additional fees if the shipment needs to be recalled and/or rerouted back to BMP Tuning.
Some products sold cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed due to agreements with the manufacturer, or in the case of made to order/custom items. This will be noted in the product description.
Please note: Cancellations made after hours, on the weekend, or on a holiday may not be processed for cancellation prior to the order being processed and shipped.
***RETURNS AND EXCHANGES***
BMP Tuning will accept returns for UNUSED merchandise in original packaging within 1 YEAR from the time of purchase!
UNUSED products in ORIGINAL PACKAGING that are RETURNED WITHIN 60 DAYS of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used.
UNUSED products in ORIGINAL PACKAGING returned PAST THE 60 DAY MARK and within the 1 year return period are eligible for store credit only. After 60 days, non-stocked items will be accepted at the discretion of BMP Tuning.
UNUSED products MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, containing all accessories, labels, and documentation.
**CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORIGINAL AND RETURN*** ***SHIPPING EXPENSES**
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs/fees – original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and items shipped with FREE shipping will still be subject to actual shipping charges being NON-REFUNDABLE. BMP Tuning is not responsible for damage to items being returned to us by the shipping carrier and will contact you so that you can file a claim if an item arrives damaged.
Any returned item is subject to a fee of up to 15%.
Restocking fees are WAIVED in the event of a customer receiving a damaged / incorrect product.
KATAPULT: Katapult does not allow us to issue partial refunds. Katapult orders that are cancelled prior to fulfilment will be refunded 100% directly through Katapult. For Returns: Any Katapult purchases that require a partial refund will be given back to the customer as a store credit. No restocking fees will be deducted. However, the original shipping costs on the order will be deducted and the customer will also be responsible for the shipping costs to return item(s) to BMP Tuning.

If you need to return an item that does not fit your vehicle and you feel that there is an error in our listing, please contact us immediately. If we find an error on our website or on behalf of a BMP Tuning Representative, we will provide a shipping label for your return and arrange proper shipment of the correct items.
ALL PRODUCTS MUST STILL BE NEW CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES, INCLUDING LABELING, HARDWARE, AND DOCUMENTATION.
Customers are responsible for checking the product description for applications prior to ordering anything from our site to verify that the items you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle. Items ordered that are listed correctly on our website but ordered in error WILL REQUIRE SHIPPING TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
***DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS IN SHIPMENT***
If you receive a package that is missing items or was damaged during shipment, please contact BMP Tuning WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Please check all items as they are delivered! Be sure to keep all packing material, boxes and photos of the damage as this will be necessary to complete the damage claim with the specific courier. UPS/FED EX Typically take 8-15 business days to complete their investigation, however, this time frame could be extended depending on circumstances.

SEIBON GTI MK7 hood.
I was excited to get the hood and at 1000 dollars I asked the rep at seibon what to do to ensure I did not receive a damaged product and he suggested have a camera ready and sign when I was sure it wasn't damaged. Well I recieved the hood and the driver told me they didnt have to wait and gave me like 30 seconds before hoping in his truck and driving off. He stated they dont have to wait according to their deal with Seibon. Either way I brought the hood into my house and saw that you could easier see through the mesh when I leaned it against my wall/window. Well that wasn't too big of a deal but I did wanna send an email to ask if that was normal and see if the mesh just was too spaced out. (I have more pic but could only post one thing for review) Anyways I was told to just paint the under side of the hood and I wasnt too worried until I started to install the hood... First the grommets wouldn't fit and it had to be bored/cleaned out to put them in. This is better then too big of a hole like the windshield wiper holes, the driver side was so large I cannot get it to fit without it constantly falling out. Lastly there is a a crack that was inaccurate position thT couldn't have been damaged by shipping. I sent all my pic and videos to Seibon and continued to get the run around. I really not NOT impressed with this company and its customer service.
Soooo nice!
Bought this about a year and a half ago for my MK7 GTI Sport. Took it to a pro for some clear coat since it doesn't come clear coated. The weave is fantastic. Fit is near perfect. I just traded my GTI for a 19 R. This hood fits perfectly on the 7.5 facelift. BMP Tuning is always top notch on their service. Couldn't be happier!
The Best
Hit up BMP about this hood and what normal eta was on it when ordering. Was told about one month. Then was informed that Seibon had one in stock. So told BMP to Hold My Beer and ordered one. One week goes by and I am installing it on my car. fitment is almost perfect like 99%. This is normal being a aftermarket hood. The finish is so clean and glossy. Can not find any flaws in the weave. Nice huge plus is the vents comes with a removal cover that closes off the vents. The mesh grills in the vents is now black and not silver. Over all a awesome mod!
