The Racingline Oil Catch Tank & Oil Management System is the ultimate oil separating catch can system for MQB EA888 Gen3 2.0T engine cars.
Not all catch cans are created equal. The Racingline system has a dual function: as well as routing undesirable oil and moisture vapors through a sophisticated system of internal baffles and a fully baffled catch can, the Racingline Oil Catch Can System also takes the track & motorsport experience of these engines to correct the problem of oil build-up in the top of the engine during high-G braking. The kit includes their Engine Breather Plate“ just as the Golf and SEAT TCR EA888 touring cars use to avoid the oil surge issue.
- Reduces unwanted oil and moisture vapors
- Corrects oil build-up on engine tops during high-G braking
- Can be paired with Remote Washer Fill Kit for MK7 R and Audi S3 vehicles
- Black finish with Racingline logo on parts
- Racingline Catch Can Kit

Really clean look, and great fitment.
Installation was straight forward for the GTI, took me about 30 minutes. Has a really clean look to it especially when the stock engine cover is on. The other major plus is that it actually works! It was definitely worth what I paid for it.
Great look and quality - some fitment issues
Fantastic quality construction. Installed, it looks fantastic and I expect it will work well too. Most parts went on OK. I have an R, so the upper windshield washer bottle had to go. The new pieces look great - but there isn't a good way to see how much fluid is remaining. Also, it doesn't bleed air well, so it can take a bit to fill. Best just to keep it topped of. The system still holds plenty of fluid. The catch can looks and fits great, although I did have to grind the edges off the lower mount to make it fit the stock upper motor mount. The main hoses would not fit well without crossing them. The hose from the PCV fit great, but the long hose from the intake is really jammed in and I had to cross them to take some stress off. A MUCH better solution would be to have a longer hose that routes around the back of the head. There were no instructions available except on you tube which were for a GTI which doesn't have the windshield washer issue. It did work ok, but why can't anyone at least have instructions posted or an ACTUAL factory video to follow - that's ridiculous. Overall, it looks great and I would buy this system again - especially since it incorporates a new plate to address the oil surge issue.
