Return and Exchange Policy
The BMP Tuning Return & Exchange Policy can be found right below. Please note that some rare special circumstances do exist, where the regular return policy does not apply.

Domestic Orders Return & Exchange Policy:
New products in original packaging can be returned to us within 1 year from the date of purchase.
Returns past 90 days will be issued store credit only.
Opened and/or used products, special order parts as well as Scratch & Dent Parts can not be returned.
The customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee, original shipping and return shipping (if a return label is provided by us) with the exception of products that either arrived damaged or not as described.
It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to verify parts compatibility.
KATAPULT: Katapult does not allow us to issue refunds. Purchases made through Katapult that require a refund may be paid back to the customer via Zelle, PayPal, gift card, or other form that is agreed upon.
Please contact BMP Tuning within 14 days of receiving a physically damaged item or if an incorrect item was delivered.
Customers are responsible for their package once an item has been delivered.
Please ensure that the package is in a secured environment upon delivery.
Signature confirmation is available by special request.
International Orders Return & Exchange Policy:
New products in original packaging can be returned to us within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Used products and Scratch & Dent Parts can not be returned.
