034 Motorsport's Adjustable Solid Rear Sway Bar Upgrade for the FWD MQB Platform is engineered to improve the handling dynamics and balance of MQB-platform vehicles.
Designed to be a bolt-in replacement for the hollow factory rear sway bar, this upgrade will drastically reduce body roll and understeer without sacrificing ride quality. Manufactured from a single piece of solid spring steel, this bar is over 150% stiffer than the factory unit, resulting in a much more balanced and agile car, which corners flatter and can be coaxed into oversteer as desired when driving through curves on the street or track.
In addition, the 034 Motorsport MQB Rear Sway Bar is engineered to be used effectively with the stock front sway bar. No upgrade in the front is required. The addition of a stiffer front bar can positively affect turn-in feel, but ultimately worsens the platform's tendency to understeer. With the stock front sway bar and upgraded 034 Motorsport Solid Rear Sway Bar, body roll is virtually eliminated while turn in and off throttle oversteer are greatly improved.
Please Note: For lowered vehicles, always check all clearances over the full articulation of the suspension in order to identify possible interference. We recommend running 034Motorsport suspension components, as they have been designed and tested to work together, without interference.

***ORDER CANCELLATIONS***
All order cancellations are processed during regular business hours only. Any order cancellation requests made outside of business hours will be processed during the next business day.
Any cancelled orders including orders that have not shipped will be subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee to offset order processing fees that are not refunded to BMP Tuning. Additionally, if your order has already shipped, you may incur additional fees if the shipment needs to be recalled and/or rerouted back to BMP Tuning.
Some products sold cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed due to agreements with the manufacturer, or in the case of made to order/custom items. This will be noted in the product description.
Please note: Cancellations made after hours, on the weekend, or on a holiday may not be processed for cancellation prior to the order being processed and shipped.
***RETURNS AND EXCHANGES***
BMP Tuning will accept returns for UNUSED merchandise in original packaging within 1 YEAR from the time of purchase!
UNUSED products in ORIGINAL PACKAGING that are RETURNED WITHIN 60 DAYS of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used.
UNUSED products in ORIGINAL PACKAGING returned PAST THE 60 DAY MARK and within the 1 year return period are eligible for store credit only. After 60 days, non-stocked items will be accepted at the discretion of BMP Tuning.
UNUSED products MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, containing all accessories, labels, and documentation.
**CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORIGINAL AND RETURN*** ***SHIPPING EXPENSES**
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs/fees – original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and items shipped with FREE shipping will still be subject to actual shipping charges being NON-REFUNDABLE. BMP Tuning is not responsible for damage to items being returned to us by the shipping carrier and will contact you so that you can file a claim if an item arrives damaged.
Any returned item is subject to a fee of up to 15%.
Restocking fees are WAIVED in the event of a customer receiving a damaged / incorrect product.
KATAPULT: Katapult does not allow us to issue partial refunds. Katapult orders that are cancelled prior to fulfilment will be refunded 100% directly through Katapult. For Returns: Any Katapult purchases that require a partial refund will be given back to the customer as a store credit. No restocking fees will be deducted. However, the original shipping costs on the order will be deducted and the customer will also be responsible for the shipping costs to return item(s) to BMP Tuning.

If you need to return an item that does not fit your vehicle and you feel that there is an error in our listing, please contact us immediately. If we find an error on our website or on behalf of a BMP Tuning Representative, we will provide a shipping label for your return and arrange proper shipment of the correct items.
ALL PRODUCTS MUST STILL BE NEW CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES, INCLUDING LABELING, HARDWARE, AND DOCUMENTATION.
Customers are responsible for checking the product description for applications prior to ordering anything from our site to verify that the items you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle. Items ordered that are listed correctly on our website but ordered in error WILL REQUIRE SHIPPING TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

If you receive a package that is missing items or was damaged during shipment, please contact BMP Tuning WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Please check all items as they are delivered! Be sure to keep all packing material, boxes and photos of the damage as this will be necessary to complete the damage claim with the specific courier. UPS/FED EX Typically take 8-15 business days to complete their investigation, however, this time frame could be extended depending on circumstances.

Install was a pain but overall not too bad. I put it on the stiffest setting with the adjustable end links and you can definitely tell the rear end is stiffer and turns in much sharper!

One of the best mods done to the car. Truly transformed the driving experience. 034 as usual did not dissapoint with the quality!
Money well spent
Big difference in handling for a car that already handled well. Best bang for the buck mod I've made. Install is fairly straightforward but you will need triple square sockets. I also replaced endlinks as others have recommended. I went with MOOG endlinks which are a simple upgrade compared to stock. They are relatively inexpensive, metal, and have greasable zerk fittings.
It's fantastic
I installed the 034 rear sway bar and end links along with some H&R OE sport lowering springs on my DCC equipped GTI and I really must say that it rides incredibly. No noises so far and the car feels flat, planted, and ready to carve up some curvy roads. Autrey and the BMP crew as always are true professionals and answered all of my questions. If you haven't upgraded your rear sway bar you're only fooling yourself. BMP is truly a breath of fresh air in the parts vendor community. I highly recommend getting the end links with the sway bar being that the OEM end links are plastic.

Oh man did this stiffen up the rear. I took her for a canyon run and i felt confident where before I felt I was pushing the car. They even have a nice design with oilers, This keeps the creeks down which is an added bonus. Get the endlinks too
