aerofabb® is proud to say that we are the first to develop a fully functional Rear Wing Kit for the MK7/MK7.5 GTI-R-GTD with such a unique design and mounting system.
The aerofabb® Competition Series Rear Wing Kit is constructed from precision CNC machined 6061 T6 Billet Aluminum Uprights, Hatch Mounts, and Airfoil Mounts which are finished in a smooth and durable matte black powder coat. Both the Airfoil and Hatch Mounts feature pre-attached precision CNC cut foam mounting pads to reduce vibration, eliminate any metal on paint contact, and create a weather proof seal. The Upper Hatch Mounting bracket fits in place of the OEM third brake light without modification to the OEM Spoiler. This design choice while sleek and innovative, was also the LEAST intrusive and most secure mounting approach vs other offerings. The Wing Element is a rigid, lightweight, 6061 T6 Aluminum airfoil with a span of 54" and a chord length of approximately 10", finished in a lightly textured, durable, matte black powder coat. The endplates are constructed from a U.S made, High-Impact Plastic which comes in a durable, lightly textured, Matte Black Finish. Countersunk Stainless Steel Metric Torx hardware is used throughout the kit to securely mount and fasten all components together. Durable and weatherproof black plastic washers are utilized on the Wing Elements AoA adjustment points to eliminate marring of the powder coated finish.
Depending on your current aero, suspension set-up/rake, or track of choice, aerofabb® gives you AoA adjustability on both the Wing Element and Endplates from 0-12deg in increment of 2deg. Using ANSYS Fluent Software for CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) we were able to optimize our design and validate its functionality. Our 6061 T6 Billet Aluminum Swan Neck Uprights support the wing from above, leaving the low pressure zone smooth and free of any interference. (More data with vehicle modeled will be released once our Competition Series Front Splitter is complete) FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software was used to reduce weight and validate that the mounting components where still able to maintain the load, stress, and stability needed to function properly.

***ORDER CANCELLATIONS***
All order cancellations are processed during regular business hours only. Any order cancellation requests made outside of business hours will be processed during the next business day.
Any cancelled orders including orders that have not shipped will be subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee to offset order processing fees that are not refunded to BMP Tuning. Additionally, if your order has already shipped, you may incur additional fees if the shipment needs to be recalled and/or rerouted back to BMP Tuning.
Some products sold cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed due to agreements with the manufacturer, or in the case of made to order/custom items. This will be noted in the product description.
Please note: Cancellations made after hours, on the weekend, or on a holiday may not be processed for cancellation prior to the order being processed and shipped.
***RETURNS AND EXCHANGES***
BMP Tuning will accept returns for UNUSED merchandise in original packaging within 1 YEAR from the time of purchase!
UNUSED products in ORIGINAL PACKAGING that are RETURNED WITHIN 60 DAYS of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used.
UNUSED products in ORIGINAL PACKAGING returned PAST THE 60 DAY MARK and within the 1 year return period are eligible for store credit only. After 60 days, non-stocked items will be accepted at the discretion of BMP Tuning.
UNUSED products MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, containing all accessories, labels, and documentation.
**CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORIGINAL AND RETURN*** ***SHIPPING EXPENSES**
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs/fees – original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and items shipped with FREE shipping will still be subject to actual shipping charges being NON-REFUNDABLE. BMP Tuning is not responsible for damage to items being returned to us by the shipping carrier and will contact you so that you can file a claim if an item arrives damaged.
Any returned item is subject to a fee of up to 15%.
Restocking fees are WAIVED in the event of a customer receiving a damaged / incorrect product.
KATAPULT: Katapult does not allow us to issue partial refunds. Katapult orders that are cancelled prior to fulfilment will be refunded 100% directly through Katapult. For Returns: Any Katapult purchases that require a partial refund will be given back to the customer as a store credit. No restocking fees will be deducted. However, the original shipping costs on the order will be deducted and the customer will also be responsible for the shipping costs to return item(s) to BMP Tuning.

If you need to return an item that does not fit your vehicle and you feel that there is an error in our listing, please contact us immediately. If we find an error on our website or on behalf of a BMP Tuning Representative, we will provide a shipping label for your return and arrange proper shipment of the correct items.
ALL PRODUCTS MUST STILL BE NEW CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES, INCLUDING LABELING, HARDWARE, AND DOCUMENTATION.
Customers are responsible for checking the product description for applications prior to ordering anything from our site to verify that the items you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle. Items ordered that are listed correctly on our website but ordered in error WILL REQUIRE SHIPPING TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
***DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS IN SHIPMENT***
If you receive a package that is missing items or was damaged during shipment, please contact BMP Tuning WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Please check all items as they are delivered! Be sure to keep all packing material, boxes and photos of the damage as this will be necessary to complete the damage claim with the specific courier. UPS/FED EX Typically take 8-15 business days to complete their investigation, however, this time frame could be extended depending on circumstances.
